2. What personal data we process

When you visit this website

This website has no contact forms, accounts, cookie-based tracking or advertising. It is served through Cloudflare’s infrastructure. To deliver pages and keep the website secure, the following technical data is processed:

  • IP address,
  • browser and device information,
  • the page visited, date and time.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, to see aggregated visit statistics. It is not designed to identify individual visitors and does not place cookies in your browser.

Fonts are served from our own server. No connection is made to third-party services such as Google Fonts.

When you email us

  • name and email address,
  • company, job title and phone number, if you include them,
  • the content of your message and any attachments.

We only process the information you choose to send. Please do not send special categories of personal data (such as health information) by email.

4. Who we share personal data with

  • Service providers: Cloudflare for the website infrastructure and our email service provider for email.
  • Authorities: where required by law and to the extent requested.

We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing.

5. International transfers

The servers of Cloudflare and of our email provider may be located outside Türkiye and outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are carried out in line with KVKK article 9 and, where applicable, Chapter V of the GDPR, using appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How we collect data

Data is collected electronically: automatically when you visit the website (server and security logs), and directly from you when you email us.

7. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for and for the retention periods required by law (for example, the periods in the Turkish Commercial Code for business correspondence). After that, we delete, destroy or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Under KVKK article 11 you may ask us to tell you whether we process your personal data and, if so, to provide information about it; to tell you the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly; to tell you the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to correct incomplete or inaccurate data; to delete or destroy it under the conditions of KVKK article 7; to notify these corrections or deletions to the third parties it was transferred to; you may also object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests.

9. How to exercise your rights

We respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If an action involves an additional cost, the tariff set by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board may apply. You may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board or, if you are in the EEA, with your local data protection authority.
